Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Agreement

By contacting us to schedule a service appointment, you enter into a service agreement with 24x7 Customer Care Centre. The customer agrees to provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue being reported.

2. Visiting Charge

A visiting charge of ₹299 is applicable for service calls. This charge covers:

  • Technician visit to your location
  • Initial diagnosis and inspection
  • Quotation for repair or replacement

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept:

  • Cash payments
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Digital payment methods (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe)

GST will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Warranty

We provide warranties on our services as follows:

  • 12 months warranty on replaced parts
  • 30 days warranty on labor
  • Original manufacturer's warranty on new appliances remains valid

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers can reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur the visiting charge of ₹299.

6. Liability

24x7 Customer Care Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing safe access to the appliance
  • Clearing the area around the appliance for technician access
  • Ensuring electricity supply is available at the service location
  • Informing us of any safety hazards at the location

8. Service Quality

We commit to providing high-quality service using genuine parts and skilled technicians. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes for appliances beyond repair or with extensive damage.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from service disagreements will be resolved through mutual discussion. If not resolved, the matter will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

10. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
